Well, it depends in what context but probably not. Newspaper reports usually just report that a person appeared in court charged with rape.
Of course, the practical reality is that the mere allegation of rape is enough to cause damage to men's reputation which isnt' really repaired if they are acquitted and something should be done about it but thats another question.
