For most foreign travel the mere fact that a person has been taken to a police station is not enough to refuse entry.
Most countries want to know whether a person has been given a formal warning (caution), been convicted of a crime or has a prosecution pending.
If none of these things apply then there is unlikely to be prohibition on travel.
