You will not like my answer.
Many parents blame schools failings on their childs results.
Whilst I hear what you say, other in the same curcumstances (sandwiches, interruption etc) passed.
If OFSTED arent interested, you could sue the school in negligence but expect to lay out £20k with no guaranteed result.
You would need lots of proof and witness statements not juts your child's account
Would you risk that amount of money?

Assuming that you can fund this, I would deal firstly by making formal complaints. In writing, not email or telephone.
All parents making complaints will assist rather than you lone voice.
Assuming those complaints do not bear fruit, then you join everyone in.
School, head teacher, board of governors and LEA.
You sue for loss of opportunity resultant on breach of duty of care. LoOpportunity claims are notoriously unsuccesful.
This is not a DiY job and you will struggle to get solicitor and barrister to take it on.
You have to prove but for the breach your child would have passed. That is almost impossible.
I am afraid that if it was my money, I wouldnt be putting it on winning in court
