Well, I imagine the words will be that you said you would kill her but there needs to be more than that.
That isn't a threats to kill in itself. Threats to kill is an offence in law that has a very high mens rea. You have to intend that the other person would actually believe that you would carry out the threat which is almost never made out.
Probably this wasn't a threats to kill but maybe a S5 public order. Then the Crown would have to show that it was in a public place. If it wasn't then probably the reason the matter collapsed is that there was no offence.
In relation to whether she can revive it, that depends on what has happened. To be wholly honest, I don't believe she has withdrawn the allegation. Whatever she has told you, if this is recent, they would not have let her withdraw. They would have considered a summons if there was a case to answer.
In any event, if there has been a formal end to the Crown's actions then she cannot revive the matter just because she is having a further tantrum. Complainant's do not control the case. If the matter has been dropped then its been dropped.
If she had not previously reported it and you had further upset her then she could go and report it but then she would have to acount for why it took her so long to report it.
What she can do though is make further allegations against you and there are some people who do make exagerrated or untruthful allegations.
