Hello my husband and I and our two daughters aged 3 and 9 have lived next door to a man who has been building for over 7 years. The last couple of years he has made our life literally a living hell, the verbal abuse, the torment, anxiety, stress he has caused us is unbearable, there is so much to tell but we have not got all night. Toxic fires, no sleep noise disturbance, using site drills from 8am to past 8 `10pm at night, calling the police on us for no reason. We have cctv cameras as we had a very bad burglary and of more recent to protect our family. He will stop at nothing. The Police, Antisocial Department at Kingston, I have seen Edward Davey, local councillors, most departments at the council, school nurse, GP, Headteacher, Homestart a volantary group who support us, Education Welfare Officer, Health Visitor are all involved. He is a complete narcissist and will stop at nothing. He used his last wife to call the police on us and now has a new partner of 6 weeks and a 10 year old daughter and has already using her to harrass us with regard to our cameras. He is a very angry person and has told neighbours he does stuff to me to wind me up. We cant move otherwise we will be sued. The situation is out of control. We keep our distance, he had a harrassment warning in november as he verbally again abused me in front of my children and I had two witnessess luckily. He is an extremely clever man, he does alot of stuff when my husband is not around and then the minute my husband asked him to stop he calls the police on us. Too many people are involved and not much has happened. My children have been so so so sick, rushed to hospital on a few occasions with the amount of brick dust they were inhaling. My 9 year was v v sick last year and had a haemorrage after her tonsilitus operation, we nearly lost her and then again in octoebr last year her bowel stopped working and it was unimaginaable how sick she was. The ordeal my kids have been through is horrendous, they both hate living here, this man has put us to hell and back, our home is no longer our sanctuary and the lkast week he has started again using his new partner to put pressure on us. All we want is peace and to be left alone, clearly this man will never stop. We do not have much money, my kids have been so sick, I have been unable to work and when they have been so sick, my self employed husband has had to take time off to share the child care. The stress on ourf marriage is bordering divorce, the police came on saturday as next doors new partner emailed them over a camera again that has been up for 2.5 years and the police checked our house numerous times and said it was ok. We just want to be left alone and left in peace and the police suggested why dont we go to a civil rights court? Last year when a volantary group were visiting they said you cant live like this its mental torture, the noise was incomprehendable. I have cried too many tears, my husband and I and family are being divided by this torment and we have just started family therapy as my kids can no longer deal with what has happened.
