Yes, vastly, she paid through a remortage on another property she owns: £90,000 deposit and stamp duty this £360,000 property , plus solicitors fees and furniture> what was left went on DIY stuff, I do the work she paid to fund it...

I have spent thousands (so far £7000 roughly) myself on renovations and a share of the furniture. I carry out all the work in my own time.
I spent every day off Sept-Dec reovating the living room, which led to the split/her getting led astray!

She walked out in January. But helped with the mortgage until I renovated the spare bedroom and got a friend to lodge this month. So June is the first date she stops paying at all, I have been renovating with my own money since January.

We already jointly own a holiday let in Cornwall, a deed of trust exists for that and it rents well. However we both pay in an amount mostly to keep it in credit through the winter months. I manage that flat through a joint account.

I opened an old lloyds account up into a joint account for the London house finances, now I am the only one who uses it.

My ex has personal banking with Lloyd's, I recently suggested the joint Lloyd's House account go back to my sole name...Her guy sorted had helped us with them in August 2010, however no answer from her in agreement.
