I have been with my husband for 8 years. We have brought up his 3 children who are 13 year old twins and a 15 year old girl. We where under alot of pressure with the ex wife always coming in and out of the childrens life and numerous different boyfriends for the children to get used to. The 15 year old girl has had several problems one being a volitile relationship with her mother, drug abuse refusal to go to school stealing and lying. This put alot of pressure on our marriage and appeared to be the only thing we would have heated discussions over. We tried to get support from outside but very little was forth coming. Last year the daughter went up north to stay with her mother as things had got so bad her mother un benown to us left the boyfriend she was living with as he would not put up with daniella nonsense and went to stay with a ex boyfriend with her. The next thing we here is she is moving to bracknell with this guy and the daughter just near to us. Things became very volitile between the mother and daughter a couple of weeks after arriving and the boys became difficult with there mother so close. the next thing we knew was the ex wife had left the boyfriend in the middle of the night and gone back up north to the previous boyfriend whilst leaving the daughter in bed. My husband was incredibley angry about all this which was november last year. Things became fairly strained between them and she got very angry and told me that she had slept with my husband whilst I was at my daughters in wales a couple of weeks before she had gone back up north. My husband did not react to this went I told him what I had been told but just denied it . On feb 5th this year after being unwell in bed for 3 days I was admitted to hospital where I has a ruptured anerysm. After emergency key hole surgery they found several anerysms in my liver. On the 7th I was given emergency surgery where they repaired two life threatening anerysms to my liver and removal of my left hepatic aertery and my galdbladder. I remained in hospital for 11 days and then was released to my sister to convales for a week or two. My husband was not happy that I did not come home but the surgeon wanted me to have complete rest without the stress of the children.Durng the second week my husband was having several problems with his daughter which he was finding difficult to deal with. He seemed really annoyed that I was not there giving him support.I did not see him that week and when he did come to see me on the saturday after a week it was to tell me that he had cocked up and that I was a good woman and he did not want to hurt me any more. I said that I did not understand and it was then that he told me that he had brought his ex wife to our house to look after the children as he has to travel away with work.I have since been devastated.He has been texing me night and mornng and on one occasion told me he loved me. today we where supposed to meet to talk . Even though he knew I was staying with my children in wales he made out that he thought I was in england with my sister. I asked him to call me as he asked me to meet him in town when he called I asked him what town and he said bracknell .I said I am in wales so he said that he totally forgot and that he knew I had come to England at the beginning of the week for a scat scan and had not realised that I had come back to wales. I suggested he came here but he said he was unable as he was flying out the country at 6.0clock. I told him he was being very unfair and that we really needed to talk. I asked him if he still loved me and he said that he did but that it was not about love. I asked him if he wanted to save the marriage and he said part of him yes and partly no as he did not want the stress again. He was quite evasive and said that we had been together along time and that where things that he really missed. He also said that this where really bad with the daughter and that lots of people where involved as she was stealing left right and centre and beaten the mother up and stole his wedding ring and that it was living at the moment and that he did not want me there .He said he wanted me to be patient as he needed to sort things out. This is very difficult for me as I do not have any where to live at this time and the longer his ex stays in our house the less chance I ever have of going home . Where do I stand legally in all this.
