Hi - So far as the child maintenance is concerned your daughter can apply to the CSA who will take over enforcement for her. The major problem here is that her ex has few assets and a limited income. Your daughter can certainly ask for the return of the car - indeed since the finance is in her name it is technically her car and the court will eventually order its return - the other assets will be a slightly more difficult issue - but within the divorce proceedings your daughter can apply for a lump sum payable by instalments if necessary.
