VerifiedThe school will have a complaints procedure but that may be directed to the Head. Here I would go to whoever is above the Head which would be the Board of Governors ,if they have one, or the local education authority who employ her. I would also gather as much support as you can, one letter from one disgruntled parent can be ignored , many cannot.
Obviously it is then up to her employers as to what action they take which could include dismissal.
