Well, that is the traditional problem with allegations of rape. Ultimately they destroy reputations whether they are true or not.
He may have a claim against her in defamation but he will have to prove that the allegation could not be true rather than that it just did not succeed against him. That is very difficult to do and thats why women do it.
He can always offer to talk to the press himself and put them straight though. They are quite supportive when you do that. He would need to wait for the outcome of the court martial though.
He is probably being pursued for the military offences which he did commit to be fair. He cannot really complain about that.
