Hi

Serving prisoners are not entitled to vote.

In any event, compensation is not available for being unable to vote. There are people who are entitled to vote but are unable to do so - e.g servicemen and they are not entitled to compensation as there has been no financial loss.

Serving prisoners do not have rights to vote during their incarceration.
