I have been seeing a...

I have been seeing a married man since the birth of his 2nd child in november 1995. I too was in a civil relationship with a 1 year old. both relationships we agreed should continue as normal and be kept as secret as we could until his youngest reached 18 in which case my 19year old then would be at university and my split would be easier on my part. We would see each other twice or more daily, mon-Fri with the occasional wk/end opportunity. we would telephone and text each other at every opportunity, he more than me usually. we could not reach that goal but instead he bought a house in February 2008 for us to live in, i could not move in straight away because of how it would look. He now has properties and bank accounts in his name only,everywhere, he wanted to give his wife very little as settlement. He also has a successful company with his brother. I moved in in August 2009 after leaving my partner with everything and fund the joint fund because my daughter lives their to be nearer school-he is still not divorced. Sunday he moved out and wants me to leave him with nothing. What rights do I have?

although the bills are in his name i have paid the gas electric and community charge from my own bank account food bills are usually shared. he'll buy sometimes and i'll buy sometimes. i also do some of his office work at home on a stand alone computer. payroll is my main upkeep. this work is unpaid but very time consuming at times. His divorce settlement to his ex-wife will be several properties, a car, any monies that are in the joint account and at the moment he is funding her mortgage and bills. but the divorce will only be when he is ready. she is desperate to divorce but he is so controlling he gets his own way all the time. he treats everyone the same. If she attempts to take him for everything or half of what he owns he will declare bankcruptcy and close the current business but re-open in another name - he is so very clever with financial matters and the legalities. a previous employee sued the company for a huge sum of money. he just closed the business so the ex-employee received nothing. the old business is still listed on Companies House and he will resurrect it when the time is right.
