if you are not sure of the paternity then the court can direct a DNA test to establish this point if your husband makes an application for contact order. Dependant upon how long he has had involvement with the child he may get contact.

If he is aware then you might consider arranging DNA test. If he is not in agreement then you could issue proceedings at court and court can order DNA test. If you are not happy with your husband having contact with the baby if he is not the father then the court may not order contact as the child is too young to be emotionally affected if there was no coNtact. He could however make an application nonetheless for contact.
