in general terms contact is either one day every weekend (plus maybe midweek after school) or alternate weekends including overnight contact
also in general terms the court are likely to feel that it is not unreasonable for it to be every sunday - which is why i would suggest asking for just one sunday a month off - indeed unless he is asking for overnight contact and you are refusing it then i would think that a court could feel that it would be reasonable for you to have one weekend a month altogether free from contact
this is the approach i would suggest that you take first using a family mediation service (www.familymediationhelpline.co.uk) as it is in your interst to keep it out of court if at all possible - if it does go to court he is likely to apply for and be gratnted parental responsibility

as i said at this stage you need to avoid a court hearing in order to ensure that he does not get parental responsibility before your move
once the move is over then you can afford to be a bit more forceful about the arrangements as even with pr he willnot be able to cause you many problems
