The school are aware of the other children but brushed it under the carpet.

I am looking more for legal answers as I was not impressed by the school last time.

For example can we get a restraining order against this girl? If so how do we go about it? My daughter is at the end of her tether.

It all started in the bio pod, that is where some of the younger children who are bullied go.

My daughter is one of the elder ones who look after them, so is the other girl.

The other girl started swearing & shouting at a younger boy, so my daughter told her to stop , that it was not right she should't speak to people like that.

Later on my daughter was leaving a classroom talking to her friend saying that another friend had just smacked her (in fun) nothing harmfull. The other girl then came charging out of the classroom shouting & swearing at my daughter saying well ** smack me then. She had totally got the wrong end of the stick.

A short while later a younger pupil said he had overheard the girl saying ' If she starts I'll tell them she said something racist again'.

I have already done what you suggested with the school. Also when I called them this morning to let them know why my daughter wasn't attending, I asked for the reason to be put on record, just incase the other girl carried out her threat.
