Hi thank you for you reply. I am now back in the property and things have calmed down a lot, My sister is helping put together note re mittigating circumstances in case I need to plead guilty, becuase the whole family is in regret and a conviction will seriously harm my career since i work outside the scope of rehambilition of offenders act and with young people and vunrelable adults. The whole events are very hazy but i have just checked with my mum and although she is not feeling that well today (my father is als unwell and there is a lot of street in the house) she as I do belive I was in the house when asked to leave and by leaving I would have had to sleep rough. I came back an hour later trying to get in and a policeman who lives near called police. Although drunk I was worried about my mum. Thanks again

I had been taking a GP's advice re not drinking and it wsa working but I had a discussion a few days before this with my mum about my ex wife and daughter and I disagreed with her she accused me drinking, i had not and a 4 day argument started. My father is ill as well and a control freak at times so phoned the police and said he wanted me removed i tried to explain to him and even showed him a CRB check about what harm this could do to me but being my father he just screwed it up and through it at me - surreal. But yes he asked the police to ask me to leave. I think by coming back i was trying to some common sense to work but the police were called and I arressted. Yes i did. I have a bit of a legal background - o level, a level and part of my degree in Law so i was possibly hoping for a technicality.

As I said earlier everyone is now very concerned. I was showing them my CRB because i new the damage it could do i am technically unemployed at the moment but work normally in a freelance capacity at hight strategic levels in post 16 education - a convication could ruin my career. As i mentioned my sister is helping today to put a written statement together that is a bit of a story line to the woes of the family and that they did not now this could laed to a criminal convication (they were told they tell by a police officer it was cival!) can i had this to the court to talk to if plead guility

I suppose i returned for my mum, that i knew i had to sleep rough, i was also in the middle of an interview process on line for a £50000 job and had to do a phycometric test on line and new i had no other chance to do and in reality i knolwedge that my family did not really want me out there - this has happened once before and i was sneaked back in after one night by my father but slept in the shed entering via a field so not break the boundries - its hot headines by my father. on the day in question my mum was actually to ill to go into hospital for kemo! thats how bad she is. She managed to have it on friday and collapsed on the way home. My dad is due in to hospital on wednesday to have a bllod clot removed. I don't my sister is the best to come but it is ddifficult for her to take day off - my father has offered but to be honest he was the problem in the 1st place and is just telling me to plead guilty and say i will seek more alcohol treatment - done that been there and i am fine really just got annoyed about not being trusted and not understanding CRB's - my sister is going to write a letter to my statement saying that the family endorse all that i say - and under my suggestion i have suugested we go to some kind of family mediation clinic - relate or something. But would it help to get her there? Would i still plead guilty and ask to be called as a witness? Can i hand to the written statements to the courts first

Unfortuntaly when i returned it was reported to the police by a policeman who lives across the road - i have no idear if he has been called as witness but i would pressume so or at least asked to give a statement. I have just asked my mum and he heard me banging on the door to try and get in. My sister si actually on the phone at the moment and has read and endorsed all my coments and is drafting a letter to that effect. She will try to get there but unlickly.

No one from my family has been asked to go to court. I presume they made statements at the time - not a time to ask my dad has just come in from the pub - he never makes sense - talk me and a drink problem!

yes 1st appearance. I can't afford a soliciter hense asking you - but obvioully can talk to duty soliciter with your direction. Why are you not sure i should be pleading at all. I am a bit frightened about outcomes - not like me at all.

I think the police officer from over the road is there evidence since he reported and thus proabbly have to plead since my parents have not been asked. I agrre not crime of century but when involved with young people and for example a specialist disabled college which was my last contract it will have an effect just by appearing on the CRB.

I will talk to Duty Soliceter and see where I go from there. I am hoping that as the family will say they not want me to have a criminal conviction and they did not think that will happen - and on my suggestion we are all go to mediation - that will help. Could I get a conditional discharge maybe? finanlly can i hand the written mittigating statement and my sisters letter to the clerk?

I remember Magistrates being dangerous from my studies! I am hoping that if they see that all 3 of my family don't want this to happen, 2 off them are very ill and this will just increase stress and we have jointly, from my suggestion, decided on mediation to resolve these differences and in relation to my career being in jeapody - when working i work on high level government education and sport projects - maybe they might think about a discharge. But like you say magistartes are dangerous.
