No, it isn't. You can only ride on a full car licence if you have a CBT and then only up to a 125 cc with L plates.
But surely you would still have your old test certificate there somewhere that you could just send the DVLA? Send a copy obviously.
They may ask you to resit the test on the basis of your condition. But thats not what they are saying at the moment.
