The CSA are refusing to define, non-advanced education,

Customer Question

The CSA are refusing to define, non-advanced education, only saying that my ex partner and the college have provided information to satisfy them, both the CSA (CMEC) and my daughters mum, refuse to tell me what course my 16 year old daughter is doing. My daughter tells me she has left college, then she says she hasn t, section 55 of the child support act 1991, is as clear as mud, yet other agencys such as child benefit and HM Customs, have definative lists. I need to be allowed information to be able to make an informed decision, CMEC refuse to acknowledge why I should be entitled to such information, I can't find a solicitor whom will even talk to me about my case, yet my MP, is trying his best, XXXXX XXXXX start would be definition of the act, as I see it my daughter works part time, and no one can proove to me that she is attending college or how many hours ? It does answer your query about the CSA's definition of Advanced/Non Advanced Education.

I suggest that you try appealing to The Social Security and Child Support Appeals Tribunal about the maintenace order on the grounds that the CSA is refusing to review its decision not to give you proof of your daughter's full time non advanced education.

This should force evidence of your daughter's education status to be disclosed to you.
