He should still be paying maintenance for the daughter who is at university, as she is in full-time educaiton. You will have to involve the Child Support Agency (CSA), to force him to pay maintenance for all the children, and for any that remain in full-time educaiton from 18.
The CSA will provide an assessment of the maintenance he should be paying, and they will enforce the payments for you using their extensive legal powers.
I also think it would be advantageous for you to look at divorcing him. I see that you have already divided up the assets, but you should obtain proper advice on this as you may be entitled to more.
