Dear Sir/Madam,
I am British Citizen (DoB - 27/06/44), retired Aug. 2009, now living in Panama.
I am looking to move to live in Spain in Early March 2013.
My Uk photo license expired 22/08/10.
I have a Panamanian drivers License.
Can I get the UK license renewed and if so, how ?
Thank you.
Ted King.

Hi, do you have a valid UK Passport which was issued in the last 5 years?

Customer:

I have a valid UK passport which was issued in 06.

INC :

Hi, if that is the case, you should be able to renew your licence online at the following link:

INC :

https://www.gov.uk/browse/driving/driving-licences

Customer:

Is that for 5 year old passports or all. As mine was outside the 5 years of which you spoke?

INC :

It is for the new type of passports where they hold electronic details.
