Could you explain what your daughters concern is about this issue?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

my daughters concerns are of a legal matter as she has custody of her child and is worried that his father will take him as he says he has dual nationalilty, my daughter says she did not know this as far as she is concerned her son has a british passport , but her ex partner says he has both as he gets it automatically

India does not recognise dual nationality - so in fact the child does not have dual nationality - although this is in fact irrelevant to the issue of where and with whom the child should live.
