Customer Question

I am a tier 4 general studnet and my visa will expire on the 25th of september 2010. I have a parter and son (three) here in the uk both with ILR outside the rule after a nine year legacy case. How can i be with my family after my visa expiry date. My son is also diagnosed with autism which devastated us to the extreme. My girlfriend is also expecting our second child on the Sept 24, 2010. She is currently on benefits. Her case was resolved on Sept 2009. I will appreciate your valued advice regarding my situtation.

I would suggest you make an application for an unmarried partners visa.
