My partner of 5 years is a citizen of the United Kingdom having been born in Northern Ireland. How do I stand with regard to residency and or citizenship?
Do I have to fill in the EEA4 Form? My five year visa expires in December 2009. I have been working in Northern Ireland for five years. My nationality is Mongolian.

If you have been living in the UK for a period of 5 years legally, you may be able to apply for indefinite leave to remain in the UK.
