can a family visit be refused just because the applicant is the only member of the family wanting to come to the uk for me and my fiancees wedding.i have supplied all the info requested and the embassy want to know why my fiancees sister is the only member of the family coming. very simply answer to that is lack of money and my fiancees request to bring that sister only!!! please advise as we have already bought a air ticket for 9th december return and our own application for fiancee visa did not even require a interview . what do you we do?

If the applicant has been granted Leave to Appeal, she should appeal within the given time period responding to any queries raised by the UKBA.
