Hello, I am 53 and amicably separated from my Philippino wife

This answer was rated:

I am 53 and amicably separated from my Philippino wife who has been a full British citizen for a long time.
I have a new Philippino girlfriend who is not married, and who and works as a nanny in Bucharest.
I want to know if she/we will qualify for a settlement visa while I am still married.
Thank you if you can clarify this.

i am afraid that unless you hav elived together for at least two years you will not be able to apply for a settlement visa for her whilst you are still married
