Hi there and Iam very sorry for the delayed responseOk the first thing that must be done before we continue the diagnosis is a diagnostic fault code check of the PCM
This fault will have stored a fault code relating to a which sub system has caused the fault
This is imperative to correctly diagnosing this issue and will save you time and money in the long run
The engine management systems are so console and technical that without the correct fault code it's a case of submising sonething I don't do or advise to do as this leads to mis diagnosis and can end up costly with you no further forward
I can continue to assist you after you have had this fault code check done as this will let me advise you better going forward
I can give you a few of the common issues we see but again this would be submising of your concernThis question won't close even after rating we can continue to disscuss this fault going forward and hopefully get this resolved for youKindest regards ***** *****
