2007 transit 130bhp lack of power intermittent lost of power,

2007 transit 130bhp lack of power intermittent lost of power, van losses power while changing gears and rev won't come above 3000, sometimes engine will stall during gear change , today van would not rev above 1000 rpm. this fault has been in van since it was six months old, been back to dealer several times, today they say it is pressure relief valve on fuel system but i don't know can you help ?

Hello, the Fuel metering valve which is what i presume they are talking about is a common fault on transits and will cause a power loss as it controls the fuel pressure in the system and when this goes low the injectors will be putting the incorrect amount of fuel into the cylinders. If you have a front wheel drive transit which you should have then its an easy job to replace.
