Customer Question

I am self employed and the last 6 months have been very hard, now when I ask the csa to review my case they will only go on last years tax return, but my accountant is still awaiting the tax bill for april 07-april08 so how can I supply april 08-april 09 ?
Also the csa made me divulge how I spent my divorce settlement in 2007.....yet the case was not opened until why wont they look into a bulk 30k payment I made to my ex oujt of the divorce settlement...they keep saying it was before the claim was made, which I think is rubbish...thankyou

i am afraid they do ignore capital settlements however unfair that is
you can applt to the csa for a "departure" from the assessment based on the difficult trading conditions of the last few months
