This is Sharvani Pathi from (2115 Shop Ln6). This is my written statement about the incidence in shop 2115 between me and Audrey Bansende.Date(10/04/16).i was doing a shift 13:20 To 17:30, my shop trainee (Audrey Bansende) she supposed to start her shift 14:00pm,she was late 20 min and she did not even inform, am trying to call her but her phone was busy. she came around at 2:19PM.1. When she came into the shop she was over the phone with somebody, i casually asked her - your suppose to come 2.pm isn't it? she replied me very rudely " DID I EVER ASK YOU ,WHEN YOU ARE LATE".i was really shocked hearing her answer.2. when i was expelling to her if i am late then she walk to counter door and very Loudly with bigger open eyes she was asking " sharvani pass me the key sharvani pass me the key" even she noticed that i was serving customer.i said i am serving customer come to me and take keys. 3. She came to me i was just explaining her " if i am late i will give the answer to who ever is duty manager" . 4. She interrupted me She told me very rudely sharvani your not a manager " i don't need to explain to you" then immediately she said i don't want to work i am going out. 5. Then i said ok i will call to David cluster manager. Audrey just walk out from shop and called to julia and said that i was refusing to give her keys. 6. She was very rude treated me very badly and blaming that i was refused to give her keys, she did not stay and she did not hear me waht i was saying 7. After that i was calling to Rathan my Deputy manager to explain him and request him to come early. when i was on the phone to him 8. My Manager Julia called me to the shop phone, i answered the call and i was explaining the hole situation to her how she is very rude with me then she told me i will sort it out once i am back from holidays you give her the keys i said ok Julia. 9. Audrey walk in to shop when i was on call with julia, then i put the keys on the counter with in a second she throw the keys aggressively at me and walk out from the shop, first i was shocked of her behaviour and i don't know what to do, i am hurt i was just crying, still julia was on phone she give me strength on that panic situation, even she called me couple of times to ask me if i am ok.10. In the hole incidence i did not say that i don't give you the keys i was telling her i am serving customer come to my counter and take the keys it was clear in camera serving customers. and when i was talking to her ADUREY told me rudely " YOU ARE NOT A MANAGER I NO NEED NEED TO TELL YOU WHEN I AM LATE"I Just don't understand She throw the keys at me with aggressively isn't it a wrong thing ? why she threw the keys at me ? keys hit my finger that is very clear evidence 1. Julia my Manager i was on the phone with her at the same time and i told her she throw the keys at me its hit my finger 2. Amber - saw my finger when she came to work at the same day at 4pm 3. Rathan i showed him when he came to his shift at 5pm 4. Every day customer in the shop is also there he saw my finger at the incidence timeDoctor clearly examined and mentioned in the Letter it was finger and said it was swollen, brusing and swelling thats why she send me for radiology X-ray,1st thing she threw the keys at me with aggression that truth was recorded very clear in camera, why she throw keys at me? that movement i was gone shock mentally, because it was never happened to me in my life before like this. if the key hit my eye who will be responsible ? i have 20 months baby to handle.David (cluster manager) gave me disciplinary suspension in the meeting saying that keys were not thrown at your hand or finger it was thrown at your Shoulder so it is a false allegation agents Audrey,In the recorded video they can not see from front part of me clearly as they recorded from my back camera, we don't have camera in front view, as they can not s… read more
