Ben I am a Divisional Managing Director of a £25M recruitment

Customer Question

Hi Ben I am a Divisional Managing Director of a £25M recruitment company and we have 50 staff. I have recently been suspended after an allegation of sexual harassment. The findings after an investigation have found that there has not been any sexual harassment after an independent investigation. I have received a letter inviting me to a disciplinary meeting and the covering letter has many other points relating to a potential gross misconduct charge other than that of sexual harassment. Can my employer now introduce other elements to satisfy a gross misconduct charge other then that of the original allegation of sexual harassment?
many thanks
Chris

Sorry i was offline when you replied. Are the other reasons justified, is there any truth to them?
