Have recieved a lawyers letter stating that I have been heard publicly accusing their client of saying something relating to an incident that happened 3 mths ago to which I have not done. How do I stand please
Hello,

You should reply to the Solicitor denying their allegations and asking them to provide you with proof to back up their claims.

If there is no proof, the matter will die down soon enough.

Thank you...So really unless they have anything on audio or written their claims are pretty unjust

They would need to prove what they claim-via audio recording or otherwise.
