I am in the U.S. I met an engineer on an online dating site
I am in the U.S. I met an engineer on an online dating site recently. He says he is in England. He sent a copy of a contract award certificate for construction and maintenance of a gas turbine. It is for Army Equipment Headquarters in London. It is similar to the previous question from someone. It has the same bra0106 cert #. It is signed by 2 names from the Contract tender Board. They are both signed and then listed as part of the British Royal Army. It was signed on either Aug 30 or 31, 2016, just a few days ago. The dates for the contract and the engineers name are in a different type then the rest of the contract. Please help me out. Is this guy just scamming me? It reads the contract is worth over $ 1,000,000. USD. It says the contract is for 14 days. This engineer says he just got over there, has 17 people working for him to complete this in 14 days (though there is 6 months allowed for maintenance). Is this just a punch of BS? Am I being scammed? … read more
