Hi, thank you for contacting My name is***** will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

Please try this procedure, from a powered-on and thus 'normal' status of the radio:

- tune in a station

- press Memo/Time set button

- press the preset number you want to set that station to

- press Memo/Time set button again.

If this works for you, and answers your question, please rate my answer. A five-star rating would be appreciated!

You said 5 minutes. NOT 24 hrs. I want a full refund now.

I already filed a dispute with pay pal.
Expert:  Russell H. replied 1 year ago.

Allow me to point out, it has not been 24 hours yet, but rather a matter of about 1/2 hour or less... and you got the attention and efforts of 2 Experts in that time, and one provided you with a usable answer.

I have no power to issue a refund. I must refer you to Customer Support at, which can provide assistance with the issue of billing or payment or refund.

They can be reached through***@******.***.

Thank you for bringing your question here.
