Hello, and sorry you're having problems. We are now connected on this website- which saves you money over having a Tech come to your home, and in many cases we can fix the problem you're having.

The TV does not have Blue Tooth for connecting to external devices such as headphones or Blue Tooth speakers.

In order to connect your Blue Tooth headset- you would need a converter that connects to the "Digital Audio Out" port on the TV to converter to Analogue, and then an Analogue to Blue Tooth converter.

First you would need the optical to analogue converter connected to the TV's digital audio output port using an optical cable. That converter is below:

Then connected to the analogue output of the converter, you will need a Blue Tooth transmitter (below):

Additionally a 3.5 mm to RCA stereo patch cable is needed:
