Hi I have just changed the TV in my bedroom to a lg smart TV and it's getting all the services but I can't get my sky box from downstairs like I did on the previous tv

Also, I'm going to assume your bedroom is upstairs? If so, what manner previously did you receive the Sky box from downstairs on this upstairs TV? What type of connection? Magic Eye? Please elaborate.

Magic eye the only input was the aerial plug

Thanks. You need to run a channel scan with the LG set to the AIR mode, and if you're unable to do that, then I need the model number of the TV as requested please.

Okay, have you run through the initial setup of the TV- selected what is connected, and run a scan??

Also is the magic eye plugged into the TV's coaxial/aerial port?

it's plugged in and I did run the scan hence I have the TVs working on all the digital channels there are no other inputs other than the coaxial cable
