We can see the menu option but only have access to sound and picture.
Channel, feature and setup is disabled. There is no access to make adjustments.We have tried pressing menu 2580, the TV flickers, the remote stops working and no resultsWe also tried all of the below instructions, without any results.

Use handset buttons, 'Source' 2, 5, 8, 0.

the service menu, and there can be a short delay before this menu appears.
