The Pecus E indicates a programming failure with that engine control module. Unfortunately it looks like something happened when the ECM was repaired and programmed. You may have to have it reprogrammed with the Jag tool and if it cannot be programmed it will need to be replaced. We would also need to confirm all powers, grounds and network to the ECM.
