After changing gears, it sometimes looses power and then stop s. It can barely reach 140km speed...it is a fiat bravo 1.4 tjet sport

It is on 180 000...no leakage at all.

I once took it to some guy who services fiat cars...he suggested i replace ignition coils, i did. . .the car was fine for about 3weeks pr so then it started loosing power again. The error message says something hill holder or something.

Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

I diagnosed the car once, the results was a faulty throttle holder... haven't bought it. Today i took to this other guy and he said the problem is not the throttle. He said it is the crackshaft sensor. It seems like the wire was bit lose, he fixed it and it was fine and no error message. But few hours the error message started showing again but it doesn't lose power but still cant reach 150km speed.

Are you saying that when the engine loses power, the engine still runs but you have no top speed or acceleration when trying to drive it or that it will not go over a certain speed?

Without the information I requested in my first response, I can only give you a general answer on this, but I hope this helps with what you're looking for on this.

If the engine is only losing power but is not stalling out usually this isn't a crank sensor fault. If it was a crank sensor fault the engine would usually stall out or not start.

From here this sounds like a fault with the throttle body or throttle sensor sending false signals. It may also be called the throttle holder. If it was diagnosed and tested properly and the testing results came back as the throttle holder at fault then I recommend having it replaced to resolve this issue.
