No contact from anyone yet.
I still require assistance.
It's colour of wire that feeds reverse lights. I'm connecting behind nearside boot trim panel where wiring loom runs up D pillar.
Nor sure if I can ask, but where do I pick up a feed from engine bay for front sensors? I have a CANBus unit to connect in to OBD for front sensor low speed activation. Where does it connect?
Thanks for help.

Hi Steve

Ok there reversing lamp wiring is as follows

The reverse light feed leaves the bcmii (Body Control Module ) from connector c2280F pin 11 (blue and white wire )

The wiring then goes through connector 406 at the rear quarter panel of the vehicle at pin 5 OR 15 (blue and white wire ) this depends on model

the other side of this connector the wire turns from blue and white to black (common on alot of modern fords )

4 door is pin 5

Wagon/estate is pin 15

Regarding your feed for front sensors is it an ignition feed or a constant feed you are looking for as there are many types of kits which work differently

Kindest regards ***** *****

This is most confusing.
I don't know where the various connectors and pins are. The wiring loom runs behind estate boot nearside trim panel and then up D pillar to tailgate lights. There is no multi connector here unkess housed behind D pillar. At some point, the coloured wires all become black within tailgate loom.
I just need colour of wire in loom behind this trim panel.
I require ignition switched supply for front sensors and where/how to connect to OBM for CANbus so sensor module activates at low speed.
I appreciate your feedback.
Not sure I want to pay £22 to listen to same information, particularly when I have had to push to get this response. I'm happy to pay fir the information as per original agreement; £3 and £34 for information. Another £22 is becoming expensive.
Thanks for help regardless. I appreciate you answering.
Steve

Hi Steve thanks

Ok no worries I suspect you have been auto asked for a phone call disscusion

There is no need for that extra cost here

If you can leave this with me I will get images etc tommorow to assist you further

Kindest regards ***** *****

Any more news on above conversation?
Steve
Hi Steve good afternoon to youI had looked through diagrams again to confirm the last informationThere is a connector c406 that is located behind the passengers boot side trim (above passengers rear wheel arch inside the vehicle
This boot side trim must be removed to access this connector where by the wiring goes from blue and white to black

Thank you, ***** ***** white is correct, though no c406 connector that I could find. Wiring loom runs around estate boot floor-pan and then up wheel arch and before disappearing up D pillar to tailgate. Tailgate wires are black, so logically there must be a connection or splicing point for where coloured wires become black. Strange policy running black wires! Cost saving presumably.
Any joy with other questions re ignition feed point and CANbus connection for front sensors?
Many thanks for your assistance, appreciated.
