Customer Question

Hi, I have a Toyota corolla Verso from 2005, and today it simply didn't start, no lights of any kind. The doors open except the luggage door
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: dash lights, front lights, rear lights. none
JA: Are you fixing your Corolla yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: The batery. I've tested it and it's good. It has only 6 months
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I guess not.

How did you test the battery?

Ok. Since there is no power at all need to make sure the battery terminals are clean and secure. If good, next step is to check the fuses.

it was working fine until yesterday. nothing was changed but today it didn't start so probably as to do with the fuses

which fuses in the box should I check?
Expert:  jasontech88 replied 1 month ago.

SInce no power at all is present, iwill recommend checking all the fuses underhood fusebox

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I can't do that now. Can I get back tomorrow, after it's done?

Failing crank sensor can also cause a similar symptom but usually it will give the check engine light. Alsop make sure all the fluid are topped off and it is is not running hot when it dies.
