2002 buick century passenger turn signal won't flash day time light not working comes on when the head light come on but no flash
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Have you checked the bulbs?
Customer: Yes
JA: Are you fixing your Century yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes I changed the bulbs and checked the fuse

If the bulb has been ruled out then you could have a wiring issue or the problem may be in the body control module. It will require some electrical testing to determine exactly what is going on.
