Hello there,

Can you show me any car that doesn't have some amount of delay from a standing start at wide open throttle?

You say a fraction of a second, so .1 sec, .5 sec?

Zero is impossible.

No, its not that delay. RPM doesn't respond quickly. Happens only when a i play in manual mode for some time.
Customer reply replied 1 year ago
when i am in normal economy mode. no issues
Customer reply replied 1 year ago
its like i am pressing gas pedal floor but car doesnt move for 1 second then it takes off. doesnot happen all the time. only when give too much stress on transmission
UK Auto Mechanic: Gary, ASE Certified Technician replied 1 year ago

Ok, perhaps some engine tuning is necessary.

Upper cylinder clean, injectors serviced, throttle body clean etc.

All engines suffer from carbon buildup, an upper cylinder clean does help.

Can you mechanic do this type of work?

it doesn't happen in the beginning..if i play too much in manual mode and too much engine braking after 10 or 15 minutes this issues starts
Customer reply replied 1 year ago
also i have low speed small bumping feel on car floor and seat only
Customer reply replied 1 year ago
balancing done, alignment done, wheel rotated still seat and floor sharking very little vibration
UK Auto Mechanic: Gary, ASE Certified Technician replied 1 year ago

Yes ok.

Sounds like the transmission temperature might be influencing this.

Do you have a dealer nearby?

Sounds like it needs the driveshaft centre bearing and CV looked at.

dealer said they couldnt find anything. i have taken car to independent mechanic they also said no issues. i dont know . i also put new spark plus.
Customer reply replied 1 year ago
can it be engine mounts or tranmssion mount causing vibration
Customer reply replied 1 year ago
its not too much but drive feels like bumpy very little on seat and floor
UK Auto Mechanic: Gary, ASE Certified Technician replied 1 year ago

I would monitor transmission temperature while you drive in manual mode with a scan tool.

Your vibration could be engine or transmission mounts.

I would look at the transmission mount first.

vibration feels more when driving with steering turned 10 or 15 angle..or at high way speed turn..on straight steering i feel less vibration
UK Auto Mechanic: Gary, ASE Certified Technician replied 1 year ago

So possibly a tyre or a wheel bearing?

Ask Your Own UK Car Question
Customer reply replied 1 year ago
ok. thank you. let me check those.
UK Auto Mechanic: Gary, ASE Certified Technician replied 1 year ago

Sometimes two people are needed so you drive the vehicle while on a hoist.

Listen to wheelbearings with a long screwdriver or stethoscope.

Spin the tyres up to check for tread separation etc.
