Hello! My name is Gary.

There are many issues with Cruze electronics.

It will need some GM dealer tech diagnosis, and possibly some programming updates..

There are some ground issues, and poor connections etc that cause your problems.

Do you have a Chevy dealer nearby?

There won't be many options for you.

A Chevy GM dealer is the best and only option.

An inexperienced person will cause more harm than good.

Sorry it won't be an easy fix for you.
