Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If there is no sound either from the radio or turn signal clicking then the issue is related to the amplifier. The problem may be the amp itself or a loss of power or ground to it.

If fuses are good then it would be a good idea to try a battery disconnect. It isn't uncommon for an amp to lock up electrically and come back with a power cycle

If thtat doesn't help then a scan tool should really be used to ensure that the amp is down, but if it's power and ground feeds are present then it can almost surely be condemned.
