Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

I see that your question has been up for an extended time without a response and while my information on this vehicle is limited I would like to try to help because noone else has been able.

The park lamp and window issues shouldn't be related as they are separate systems. The lighting issue is most likely an open circuit in the wiring if the bulbs have been replaced. The window issues may be due to failed motors, switches or wiring.

The two problems didn't start at exactly the same time, correct?
