My Shogun 2008 3.2 has set P0089 code limp mode. Diagnostic says Suction control valve stuck. I have fitted a new scv but still the same
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact code? And have you tried to reset it?
Customer: P0089 and yes have reset it after replacing the scv but fault keeps returning

Customer: Yes, replaced scv also removed and clean high pressure valve on the end of the fuel rail

Hi im kevin this code can be set by alost anything fuel pressure related .first place to start if not already would be to replace fuel filter .the other options are fuel pump ,fuel pressure sensor ,injectors .
