Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If the mode will not change to vent you could have a bad mode door actuator, a broken or bound up mode door, or there may be a physical blockage in the heater box. Removing the dash and heater box may be necessary to diagnose and repair the issue.

Does it change to defrost and floor when commanded, or is it stuck in one position?
