had a flat battery changed the battery and now unable to turn the alarm off the central locking doesn't work and the interior clock has stopped working
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Is your battery fully charged?
Customer: the battery is new and iv'e checked some fuses but not all
JA: What is the model/year of your Kia?
Customer: Its a Sedona 2.9 crdi diesel manual 2003
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Iv'e tried resetting the fob by way of turning the key to on and pressing the fob alternitivly several times
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: only that now the alarm does switch off when all the doors etc are closed and locked

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

It sounds as if you've blown a memory fuse which will prevent power locks, keyless entry and the clock from working and would explain the key fob not working to disarm security. Have you checked the remainder of the fuses that were not checked initially?
