Hi I'm Dave, first thing is to make sure the battery terminal are clean and tight, then make sure the battery cable that goes to the starter or alternator isnt loose or corroded. Also check the negative battery cable is clean and tight where it attaches to the engine

Hi Dave, all of the above mentioned has been checked...
Expert:  david craig replied 1 year ago.

Ok. How about cleaning out the throttle body, iac and egr passages........

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
That has been done as well.
Expert:  david craig replied 1 year ago.

have you checked fuel pressure?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Like I said, fuel pump & injectors replaced.
Expert:  david craig replied 1 year ago.

it doesnt matter if they were replaced regarding fuel pressure. that needs to be checked to rule out a clogged filter or lines.

Expert:  david craig replied 1 year ago.

it would also confirm correct and proper replacement of the injectors, that they were seated correctly

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok I understand. We bypassed all filters & fuel lines and pulled diesel straight out of a clean container from the pump itself? I am really loosing it with this vehicle
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Pressure is good...
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
