Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are a handful of possible causes for this.

Bulbs are a possibility but I'm assuming all lights stopped at the same time, so it shouldn't be a bulb issue.

It could be wiring, blown fuses, or the multifunction switch. For the hazards and turn signals to both stop it would require more than one fuse to be blown.

The most common cause of an issue like this is a bad combination flasher. Electrical testing may need to be done to determine exactly what is going on but you may be able to diagnose it quickly. You can turn the key on and turn signals on and then tap the flasher with something like a screwdriver or wrench. If the lights then start working then the flasher needs to be replaced.
